Greg was called as pastor of FBC in July 2021, coming to us from FBC Meadow, Texas. He grew up in Texas and attended Texas Tech University, where he received a degree in Business Finance. Following graduation, Greg worked for HEB in distribution management for 5 years before surrendering to God’s call to full-time ministry. He attended Golden Gate Theological Seminary (now Gateway Seminary) in California, received his Master’s of Divinity, served at Grace Baptist Church and Valley Baptist Church in California, and accepted the call to serve as Pastor in Meadow in 2015.

Greg and Amy have been married since 2001 and spend much of their free time watching their kids participate in extracurricular activities and sports. Greg loves playing tennis, mountain biking, and going to garage sales with his wife Amy. Being a native Texan, he also enjoys the finer things in life like good Texas BBQ, tending to backyard chickens, and our beautiful West Texas sunsets!

Greg is very passionate about helping Christians be on mission for Christ both locally and beyond. He is also passionate about serving the local church and guiding it to be a place of multigenerational worship and discipleship.
